Market And Customer Focus

Our total production today stands at more than half a million metric tons per year and our product range spans from white refined sugar of various grain sizes to soft brown sugar. They are hygienically produced and packed in different packing weights that include 5g, 500g, 1kg, 2kg, 25kg, 50kg, 1000kg, and up to 19 metric tons bulk road tanker. We supply major companies in the beverage and confectionery industries, hotels, restaurants, food outlets and household consumers. Over the years our products have established a good reputation and become widely accepted because of its high quality.

From our strategic location in Penang our products are delivered to our customers within peninsular Malaysia via road and rail transport. Our distribution warehouses located in Sungai Buloh and Johor Bahru enable us to reach customers in the central and southern region effectively. The Singapore market is served by rail directly from Prai. With this distribution network, we are able to offer Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery if the need arises.

For East Malaysia and overseas export to Indonesia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, our products are sent through Penang Port either as bagged bulk cargo or in FCL containers.
